Folkies® Socks - Smiling flip flop motifs made from antibacterial Prolen®Siltex fibre that will put a smile on your face. Prolen®Siltex, located on the skin side, is a fibre that is treated with an antibacterial treatment based on silver ions (active ingredient: silver-containing phosphate glass). The silver ions prevent the proliferation of bacteria, thus eliminating unpleasant odours and maintaining the biological balance of the skin, while preserving hygienic freshness. Folkies® socks, with their special treatment, do not allow bacteria to multiply, so even with a heavy load you do not have to worry about skin diseases and unpleasant odours. The Prolen®Siltex fibre is characterised by its high durability and can be exposed even to inclement weather. Prolen®Siltex

Prolen®Siltex is a polypropylene fibre which has been produced in Slovakia since 1970 by Chemosvit Fibrochem s.r.o. This fibre is characterised by excellent thermal insulation properties as well as the speed of moisture transfer from the skin to the environment. At the same time, Prolen®Siltex fibre retains its colour fastness and the specially dyed fibre does not endanger your health. As the skin represents the largest organ of the human body, it easily absorbs toxic substances. For this reason, our goal is to provide a high-quality fiber that can be worn by people with even the most sensitive skin.
