It was created in the environment of the smallest big mountains - the High Tatras in the company Chemosvit Fibrochem s.r.o., which has been producing fibres since 1934. Since 1999 it has been producing polypropylene fibres with antimicrobial treatment, which is achieved by permanent modification of the fibre with silver ion-based PROLEN. Therefore, if you wear Karpathia® products, you don't have to worry about the impact that wearing the clothes could have on your health. Our goal is to create products that not only satisfy the customer, but also leave the smallest possible carbon footprint on our blue planet. The Karpathia cap is made of 100% cotton, which is especially comfortable for those who like to turn their cap around and wear it backwards. When silver ions are applied, Prolen®Siltex fiber is created, which is also used to make Karpathia socks. It counteracts the growth of bacteria, reduces unpleasant odours, maintains the biological balance of the skin and ensures hygienic freshness. The antibacterial effect of silver has been known since the time of ancient Rome. Prolen® fibre has a slightly negative charge which is beneficial for the human body. Negative ions help blood circulation, prevent free radicals, regulate autonomic nerves, activate cells and strengthen the immune system. Thanks to this, we can perform better. Since Prolen®  fiber has cetrificate according to Oekotex Standard 100, it meets the strict human-ecological requirements for the production of infant clothing.
