Chemosvit Fibrochem a.s. is part fo the strong holding company Chemosvit a.s. where polypropylene products for different applications represent the core business.

The Company is located below the High Tatras, in the Slovak Republic. Traditional yarns production started in 1934. First viscose and later polyamide fibres were replaced in 1974 by polypropylene fine yarns under the name PROLEN® YARN. During its history of more than forty years, PROLEN® became a worldwide well known brand. Own technological and production know-how and advanced managerial procedures are a guarantee of long-term stability for every customer. Chemosvit Fibrochem is today the strongest and the most experienced producer oF multifilament polypropylene fine deniers yarns in Europe.

PROLEN® YARN is a mass-dyed polypropylene multifilament yarn produced in Slovakia under the beautiful mountains called the High Tatras. It is a yarn beneficial for our health with great properties which improve our sports or daily life performance. Its production and PROLEN® YARN itself wholehartedly respect the environment in order to preserve it untouched for our future generations. PROLEN® YARN can be flat textile, flat technical, textured high elastic, textured low elastic, air textured and special performance.

The lightness, freshness and softness of PROLEN® yarns is closely connected with the Company Chemosvit Fibrochem s.r.o., which is today the strongest and most experienced producer of multifilament polypropylene fine deniers yarns in Europe.
